2. how do I get the Stax theme navigation menu to match and sync to the WordPress page navigation Menu? right now there are 3 different spots to create/edit the nav menu: 1. the WordPress Appearance/Menus section; 2. The WordPress Customizer; and 3. the Stax Editor.

None of them are syncing even though all of the menus are set to “Main Menu”. I’m having to edit 3xs on each place to make sure they all match up, and none of the changes apply to the actual site unless I make the change to the Site Editor Stax menu.

This isn’t efficient and is getting really confusing as I move things around and add the 50 or so pages we’ll have. Can I make them link up so one change changes them all at the same time?

3. Is there a place to specify that the tablet uses the mobile navigation, not the desktop? it’s stacking oddly on tablet and looks bad

I went to customizer and added additional css there and hit publish but not red line when i refereshed the page.

For clarification, the Organic Blocks plugin should be used with STAX, NOT the Builder Widgets plugin. While the Builder Widgets plugin is technically compatible with STAX given a couple prerequisites (you will also need the Classic Editor and Classic Widgets plugins installed), using Builder Widgets with STAX kind of defeats the whole purpose of using the STAX Theme. Since the STAX Theme is a block theme, it’s designed to work with blocks in the latest editor — not widgets.

The Builder Widgets plugin was developed for older PHP based themes that do not utilize the benefits of the new modern WordPress editor. The plugin is still useful for older themes, but it’s unnecessary for STAX. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend Builder Widgets plugin for any block-based theme. The Organic Blocks plugin adds all the functionality of the Builder Widgets plugin, but within the form of blocks instead of widgets. Additionally, the blocks are much more flexible and user friendly when working with a block theme.

I hope this helps clarify things. Let us know if there is anything else.

Sure, this can be done by adding the following CSS within the Additional CSS section of the Customizer or Editor:

.wp-block-navigation__container .wp-block-navigation-item:not(.button) a::after {
    background: red;
}

You can adjust color as needed using HEX codes.

2nd try, contact form also submitted, no response. “Hello, we purchased the All Access which should have included the Builder Widgets Pro and everything else, however the plugin remains inactive even though the theme license has been activated and applied, it still says we should upgrade to Version 2.0 for $39 a year for additional widgets (such as split content and toggles and tabs, both of which we need). This Pro v 2.0 be included in the All Access, how do we activate that if so?
