Hi Donna, if you’re using one of our newer themes (STAX, Chrono, Artistry, Rialto, Natural), there’s an option you can access from the sidebar under Appearance —> Theme setup.
This will start a setup wizard to import the theme’s demo content, just like you would see in the demo.

Hi Jason, thanks for reaching out. You can access the meta information using the Yoast plugin, or have a look at the screenshot which shows how you can rename the page.
