We are seeking an HR operations Specialist with motivation to speed up their learning curve by joining a global HR operations team with responsibility to craft and handle policies, processes and programs in 5 countries! This role will affect the every employee experiences of 500+ Rovians and gets to work on a large integration project as well as support the consolidation of several HR programs. 

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

  • Maintain the end-to-end employees lifecycle: onboarding, accurate employee records in the HRIS, HR-related documents, offboarding, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day on-demand support to our employees with all of their HR and people related queries
  • Collaborate with experienced HR ops team on improvements projects (e.g. diverse work environment) and partner with other members from People, IT, Legal, Finance teams
  • Have a steep learning curve and the opportunity to explore HR policies and programs from many different countries while being a part of flat organisation with teams from all around the world

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience with HR administrative work (ideally throughout the whole employee lifecycle) with an understanding on developing employee experience 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion in a high pace environment 
  • Basic knowledge of Finnish labour legislations and law
  • Professional English language skills both written and spoken, other relevant languages considered a great asset
  • Knowledge of HR processes and modern standards and passion for further learning and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Customer- and service-oriented with high empathy and eager to help foster a diverse work environment
  • Good communication and collaborations skills to partner with different internal customers

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Support of an HRIS change/integration. We use Hibob, Workday
  • Experience collaborating with external suppliers and outsourced HR services, e.g. Edenred, Payroll providers, etc.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
