We are looking for a Senior Producer to join the team of 7 individuals. As a Senior Producer, you will take full responsibility for the monthly updates of Angry Birds Reloaded and future content development for the game. In addition, you will be following up three external productions, working as a point of contact from Rovio as needed, e.g. on QA resource bookings, localisations etc. It's a 1 year fix-term position. Please note that we don’t provide relocation support for this position.
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Managing the product development cycle, including release management, resource planning, scheduling and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Facilitating day-to-day communication and collaboration among cross-functional team
- Identifying potential risks to the project and implementing strategies to mitigate them
- Collaborating with the development team to prioritise features and tasks based on project goals, user feedback and resource constraints
- Maintaining project documentation, including design documents, meeting notes and version control
- Planning and coordinating the release of the game, including submission to app stores, marketing campaigns and post-launch support
- Ensuring the game complies with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- 3-4 years experience in a similar position with some background in the gaming industry
- Proven track record in estimating, scheduling, scoping and release planning
- Ability to identify and solve conflict situations
- Experience publishing applications on the App Store
- Professional English language skills both written and spoken
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to enable the team to work as a cohesive unit towards a common goal
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Familiarity with publishing on Google Play
- Passion for games
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Familiarity with the Unity game engine
